Miroslav Šperka is a graduate of the Faculty of Law (Master's degree earned in 2006) and the Faculty of Economics (degree in engineering awarded in 2008), Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica and also University of London (LL.M degree was awarded in 2008).




Miroslav gained his work experience for the position:

  • tax consultant at Ernst & Young Tax and Transactions, sro Prague,
  • czech law clerk in the law office Kadlubiec , Starzyk and Partners , Ltd. , where he worked since 2006 , and later from 2008, Slovak practice as a lawyer in the office Kadlubiec, Starzyk andpartners, s.r.o.,
