Mária Hanuliaková is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (she obtained her master’s degree in 2013).

Mária gained her working experience in the following positions:

• Trainee lawyer at V4 Legal, s.r.o., law firm.
• attorney at law at V4 Legal, s.r.o., law firm since 2019
• partner at V4 Legal, s.r.o., law firm since 2021

She provides counseling in the area of commercial law and civil law, bankruptcy and restructuring, real estate law, international law and law of the European Union.

Significant legal experience:

• Comprehensive legal advice connected with the sale of real estate in an industrial park in Zilina Region,
• Comprehensive legal advice on bankruptcy and restructuring for multiple Slovak and international clients,
• Comprehensive legal advice for acquisitions of property in Slovakia by foreign and Slovak investors,
• Participation in multiple due diligence projects by leading Slovak and foreign companies.

Mária participates as lecturer at the Slovak Law School, which is run by the Jagellonian University in cooperation with the Slovak Academy of Sciences and experts from Slovak universities as well as lawyers from V4 Legal.
